The Turning Point Recovery Community Center is the main office for Friends of Recovery of Delaware and Otsego Counties, Inc. and is the primary location for all programs and services.

Monday to Thurs. – 9am to 4:30 pm and 6:00 pm to 8:00 pm
Friday – 9:00 am to 4:30 pm
Saturday – 12:00 pm to 1:00 pm and 7:00 pm to 8:00 pm
Sunday – 5:30 pm to 6:30 pm
